Michael Leicht joins the firm from White & Case, prior to which he spent 10 years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
International law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of partner Stephan Hennrich in its corporate team in Frankfurt.
Stephan joins from Hengeler Mueller and specialises in advising national and international corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions and public takeovers as well as complex contracts.
