Linklaters Bolsters TMT Offering in Germany With Strategic Lateral Hire

Linklaters is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Leicht as a partner within the firm’s TMT practice. Michael Leicht will be based in the Frankfurt office with effect from mid-May. Michael Leicht joins the firm from White & Case, prior to which he spent 10 years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Michael Leicht brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of technology and specific expertise in the financial services sector. His practice incorporates matters ranging from technology and outsourcing contracts, to transitional service arrangements and cross-border M&A transactions. Michael Leicht is also instructed on large and complex IT matters.

The firm’s TMT practice enjoys a leading reputation in the German market, recognised for its advice on particularly complex and strategic mandates, requiring both detailed industry knowledge and extensive legal expertise.
