J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Jefferies LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. served as joint book-running managers in the sale of senior secured notes. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the administrative agent for the credit facility, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC served as the sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner.
