International Arbitration Lawyer David Reed Joins Arnold & Porter’s London Office

Arnold & Porter (UK) LLP announces that David Reed has joined the firm as a partner in the London office. David is an international arbitration lawyer with substantial experience in arbitration matters, including cases involving construction, oil and gas, engineering, technology, pharmaceuticals, telecoms and investment disputes. David was previously a partner and head of the London international arbitration practice at Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Paul, Weiss – Oak Hill Closes $673.7 Million CLO Fund

Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. in the closing of Oak Hill Credit Partners VI, Limited, a collateralized loan obligation fund managed by our client. The CLO was upsized twice following launch and ultimately issued $673.7 million of notes, making it the largest CLO issuance so far this year. Morgan Stanley & Co.
