Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. in the closing of Oak Hill Credit Partners VI, Limited, a collateralized loan obligation fund managed by our client. The CLO was upsized twice following launch and ultimately issued $673.7 million of notes, making it the largest CLO issuance so far this year. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and GreensLedge Capital Markets LLC acted as placement agents.
