Watson, Farley & Williams (“WFW”), a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Corporate partner Vincent Trevisani to its Paris office.
Vincent was previously head of Winston & Strawn’s Energy & Infrastructure group in Paris, where he also set up a Latin America desk. He focuses on energy and infrastructure transactions. Over the past 20 years, Vincent has advised French and foreign clients with respect to international joint ventures, domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, and project development both in developed countries and emerging markets, particularly in Latin America.
He has extensive experience in structuring investment, acquisition and disposal projects on behalf of multinational companies, investment funds and state-owned enterprises involving renewable and fossil fuel power generation assets, electric and gas transmission assets and public infrastructure, as well as in other sectors including aeronautics and defence, industrials, food and retail.
Vincent’s arrival, together with associate Clémence Halpern, is the latest in a series of new partners for the Paris office, following the arrival in February 2012 of Jérôme Pentecoste and Emmanuel Paillard, and Charles Viggers and Eric Villateau in 2011.
