DLA Piper today announces that international arbitration lawyer, Yu Jin Tay, is joining the firm as a partner in January 2013. He joins DLA Piper's Asia Pacific Litigation and Regulatory practice and will be based in the firm's Singapore office. All three LNG carriers are operating under long term contracts of affreightment with KOGAS.
