International law firm McDermott Will & Emery today announced that Bernard P. Grondin has joined the Firm as a partner in its top-ranked Health Industry Advisory practice group, based in the Miami office.

Richard Sharpstein, a nationally prominent white collar criminal defense lawyer, has joined Akerman Senterfitt as a shareholder in the Litigation Practice Group and will be based in Akerman's Miami office.
