Simpson Thacher Represents Morgan Stanley in $284.2 Million Secondary Offering of Common Stock by SBA Communications Corporation

The Firm represented Morgan Stanley as the sole underwriter in a secondary offering of 4,588,840 shares of Class A common stock of SBA Communications Corporation (“SBA”). The shares sold in the offering comprised all of the shares issued by SBA to the selling shareholders in connection with SBA’s acquisition of TowerCo. The offering closed on October 5, 2012 and resulted in gross proceeds to the selling shareholders of $284.2 million.
