Energy Industry Lawyer Drew Baldinger Joins DLA Piper’s Corporate Practice in Houston

DLA Piper announced today that Drew Baldinger has joined the firm’s Corporate practice and Energy sector as a partner in the Houston office.

Focusing on the energy sector, Baldinger represents investors, developers, financial institutions, contractors, electric utilities, and exploration and production companies in the development, construction, operation, acquisition, divestiture, and debt and equity financing of domestic and international oil and gas and power projects. He also has extensive experience in renewable energy, including solar, wind and geothermal generation projects.

Baldinger is the fourth addition to DLA Piper’s Corporate practice in Houston this year, preceded by Chris Schaeper, Tony Newton and Arty Howard.

Baldinger joins DLA Piper from Andrews Kurth LLP. He received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Texas.
