(“Denbury”) of $1.2 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4 5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2023. The net proceeds were used to fund a cash tender offer for all of Denbury’s outstanding 9½% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 and 9¾% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016, to repay borrowings under Denbury’s bank credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
