Andrew S. Auchincloss Joins Sidley Austin LLP in New York in the Private Clients, Trusts and Estates Group

Sidley Austin LLP announced today that Andrew S. Auchincloss has joined the Firm as partner in its New York office. Mr. Auchincloss will be a member of the Firm’s Private Clients, Trusts and Estates group.

Mr. Auchincloss focuses his practice on estate and investment planning strategies under U.S. law for individuals and families in not only the U.S. but also around the world. Prior to joining Sidley he was a director in the Wealth Management Group at Bernstein Global Wealth Management (AllianceBernstein). Prior to that, Mr. Auchincloss practiced in a multinational law firm for 18 years, as a partner from 2000 – 2007, representing international and domestic families, charities and financial institutions in the context of estate planning, tax and fiduciary law.
