They join from Morrison & Foerster LLP where Craig served as co-chair of the tax department and chair of the firm’s state and local tax group, and Holly was a founding member of the group.

O’Neal’s practice focuses on litigating and arbitrating complex construction disputes around the world, in diverse industry sectors, including energy and infrastructure. O’Neal, who joins from Jones Day, has represented clients in the United States and international arbitration proceedings, and in courts around the world.
Clive Jones is returning to global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a shareholder in the firm’s Tax and Real Estate Funds practices in its London office. Jones focuses on tax and structuring advice in relation to U.K. and international transactions, funds, and investment structures, primarily in the real estate and financial services sectors.
