Tallon’s practice spans across a variety of venues and industries, with a focus on patent litigation and intellectual property disputes. She has developed a first-chair skill set representing clients in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. and remains undefeated in cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), a venue where she has extensive experience.

Van Ness Feldman Welcomes Mosby Perrow

John Coughlin joins Chamberlain Hrdlicka

Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to welcome Senior Counsel John Coughlin to the firm’s Atlanta office. He will join the Real Estate Practice adding to their strong real estate background advising clients on many different aspects of commercial real estate transactions from land acquisition to leasing, construction, financing and disposition.
