Matt’s arrival further strengthens the team’s capabilities in high-stakes IP disputes at the US International Trade Commission (ITC), district courts, and other key venues. Matt joins from Ropes & Gray, where he led the firm’s Section 337 ITC practice and represented clients in complex IP and unfair competition disputes across the United States and globally.
