Monger joins Troutman Pepper Locke from ArentFox Schiff, where he advised investment funds and REITs, private equity, commercial developers, Fortune 500 corporations, national retailers, and commercial lenders across the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, finance, and development.
