She also helps employers develop immigration strategies and compliance programs, including I-9 and Labor Condition Application (LCA)/Public Access File audits, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) worksite inspection preparedness, and immigration considerations related to international personnel transfers.
