Brian C. Bunger has joined Holland & Knight’s West Coast Land Use and Environmental Practice Group as a partner residing in the firm’s San Francisco office. Mr. Bunger is among the nation’s top legal air professional. He joins Holland & Knight after serving for 20 years as Chief Legal Officer to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD). Prior to leading the district’s legal office, Mr. Bunger represented clients in private practice.

He will be co-chair of the firm’s Asset-Based Lending Team along with Christopher Dillon in Atlanta. Mr. Kennedy was previously the head of the asset-based lending group at McGuireWoods LLP.
