Bird & Bird further expands Corporate team with the appointment of partner Jee Ha Kim in London

Arm, a long-standing client of Bird & Bird, is a world-leading semiconductor IP and design company headquartered in Cambridge and one of UK’s largest and most successful technology businesses.

Previously a Director of Legal at Arm, Jee has been part of the M&A team there since 2019, where he had leading roles in Arm’s M&A, investment, divestment, integration and reorganisation transactions, including the proposed Nvidia-Arm acquisition (which was abandoned over regulatory challenges). In late 2021, he moved to play an important role in the General Counsel’s Office at SoftBank Investment Advisers, the manager of the SoftBank Vision Funds, which oversees the global legal team and the funds’ legal and transactional affairs.
