Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Jonathan J. Rikoon and Cristine M. Sapers will join the firm’s nationally-recognized Trusts and Estates Department as partners in the New York office next month. Rikoon and Sapers are joining the firm from Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, where Rikoon served as Trusts and Estates Group Chair, and will be bringing their entire team including one senior counsel and four associates with them to Loeb & Loeb.

Morgan Securities LLC in an offering of $2.25 billion senior notes in four tranches due 2016 (floating rate), 2016, 2018 and 2023 (fixed rate) of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (“BTMU”). The offering was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The bonds are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
