Morgan Securities LLC in an offering of $2.25 billion senior notes in four tranches due 2016 (floating rate), 2016, 2018 and 2023 (fixed rate) of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (“BTMU”). The offering was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The bonds are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
