Fredrikson & Byron Represents Magnetation LLC in $325 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering and $50 Million Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility

Fredrikson & Byron acted as legal counsel for Magnetation LLC in its sale of an aggregate principal amount of $325 million senior secured notes and entry into a $50 million senior secured revolving credit facility. Magnetation LLC is a natural resources company that focuses on the design, development, construction and operation of facilities that produce iron ore concentrate from previously-abandoned iron ore waste stockpiles and tailings basins. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Jefferies LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. served as joint book-running managers in the sale of senior secured notes. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the administrative agent for the credit facility, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC served as the sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner.
