With billions of dollars in transactions under his belt, Kahn serves as outside general counsel to a range of startups in connection with equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), employee equity grants, and corporate governance matters. He joins Cozen O’Connor as a member and will work out of its Miami office. Kahn is the sixth new member to join Cozen O’Connor in South Florida, following James J. Duffy, Adam K. Hodges, Andrew M. Lowenstein, and David I. Spector, who joined the Commercial Litigation group in March; and Raphael (Raffi) Rosenzweig, who joined the Corporate practice in June.
