Both join K&L Gates’ Chicago office from Deloitte Tax LLP, where Weiss was managing director and Danko a senior manager in the international tax practice. Ms. Christian is a business lawyer who partners with clients to bring creativity and solutions-oriented pragmatism to transactions involving the use of emerging and transformative technology and data. Previously, she practiced at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where she was co-chair of the Global Technology Transactions practice. She will be based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Faegre Drinker announced today that Lenny Asaro and Alison Baldwin have joined the firm as partners in Chicago. Asaro, a member of the construction and real estate litigation practice, comes to the firm from Dinsmore. Baldwin joins the firm’s intellectual property practice from McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP, where she held senior leadership positions.
