Global law firm Proskauer advised American Realty Capital Trust, Inc., on its agreement to be acquired by Realty Income Corporation in a transaction valued at $2.95 billion. The combined company is named Tile Shop Holdings, Inc., and its common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “TTS.”
