Global law firm Reed Smith LLP today announced the addition of Scott C. Smith as a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group in San Francisco. Smith was most recently a partner at Hanson Bridgett. Global law firm Reed Smith LLP today announced the addition of a five-member state tax team from Morrison Foerster, headed by partner Andres Vallejo.
