John Vassiliades recently joined our growing Phoenix office. John’s practice focuses on intellectual property, technology focused business transactions and general business law for technology based businesses. A registered patent attorney, John has negotiated hundreds of business transactions that develop and monetize intellectual property rights. These include licensing, Research & Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internet Technologies, E-Commerce, commercial OEM/VAR product distribution deals, strategic alliances, equity joint ventures, due diligence, patent strategy, risk assessments, among many other structures and projects. John handles both domestic and international transactions.
