Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it recently represented Credivalores-Crediservicios, S.A.S. in connection with its establishment of a Euro Commercial Paper Program for issuance of up to US$150 million of Euro commercial paper. Credivalores completed its first issuance under the program shortly after the program was established.
Credivalores is a leading non-bank provider of consumer loans in Colombia, providing non-bank credit to customers throughout Colombia who otherwise have limited access to credit. The first issuance under this program represented Credivalores’ second international debt offering, its first was approximately one year ago under a similar program on which Paul Hastings also represented Credivalores. The Euro commercial paper was issued outside of the United States and Colombia pursuant to Regulation S.
