Davis Polk is advising J.P. Morgan Securities as financial adviser to Trulia, Inc. in connection with its $3.5 billion acquisition by Zillow, Inc. The transaction, which has been approved by the boards of directors of both companies, is expected to close in 2015.

Trulia, a residential real estate search engine, offers a rich, intuitive user experience that points consumers directly to listings on agent and broker websites. Zillow.com is an online real estate community where homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents and professionals find and share vital information about homes for free.
