Osborne Clarke advises on LDC’s £127m Penn Pharma disposal

International law firm, Osborne Clarke has advised longstanding client LDC together with the Management Team on the sale of Penn Pharma in a transaction worth £127m.  

LDC is the UK’s leading regional mid-market private equity house. It first invested in Penn Pharma back in 2007. The deal saw Penn sold to PCI, a leading pharmaceutical packaging company based in Philadelphia.

The Osborne Clarke team advising LDC was led by Private Equity Partner Alisdair Livingstone and assisted by Senior Associates Chris Yeo and Caroline Drummond.

In the last year Osborne Clarke has advised the private equity firm on the MBO’s of Ministry of Cake and the Training Room, the merger of Snell and Quantel and the sales of Leasedrive and JCC Lighting.
