Performance Sports Group Ltd. $126.5 Million Initial Public Offering

LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and RBC Capital Markets, LLC as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters in connection with the $126.5 million U.S. initial public offering and concurrent Canadian new issue offering of 8,161,291 common shares of Performance Sports Group Ltd. (formerly, Bauer Performance Sports Ltd.) (including 1,064,516 common shares from the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option). The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “PSG.”
