Davis Polk advised BBVA Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.25% notes due 2024 by Empresa Nacional de Electricidad S.A. (Endesa Chile).
Endesa Chile is a Chilean company engaged directly and through its subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities in the electricity generation business in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. Endesa Chile also has unconsolidated equity investments in companies engaged primarily in the electricity generation, transmission and distribution businesses in Brazil.
