Dickstein Shapiro has snagged two trademark partners for its New York office. Clark Lackert and Keith Sharkin have joined the firm from King & Spalding. Growing its IP practice has been one of Dickstein's goals and it would appear as if it is succeeding.
Jule Rousseau and Elliott Kroll are leaving their firm, Herrick, Feinstein in New York, to join another New York firm, Arent Fox. Rousseau and Kroll start June 1st. Both partners practice insurance law.
Kenneth A. Raskin has joined King & Spalding as a partner and chair of the firm's employee benefits and executive compensation practice. He will be stationed at the New York office branch. Raskin joins from White & Case.
