Simmons & Simmons Expands UK Real Estate Finance Capabilities

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has expanded its financial markets team this week with the addition of Helen Hagan who joins the firm’s London office as a partner.*

Helen joins from Herbert Smith Freehill. She advises borrowers and lenders on a broad range of lending transactions and debt restructurings with a particular focus on the real estate sector. Helen also advises on UK and European finance deals and has worked on secondment to investment banks and funds. Her experience also includes working in Hong Kong, Amsterdam and Moscow as well as in London.
