Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a highly regarded full service law firm on Long Island to find a commercial real estate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of commercial lease transactions experience. This position can sit in the firm's Long Island or Manhattan offices. The ideal candidate with be a team-player with experience representing landlords, tenants in the retail, industrial and office spaces. Must be licensed to practice law in NY. The firm is a hybrid work environment with in-office attendance required 3 days/week. Base salary is $155k-$250k.
