The New York office of an AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a mid-level (class of 2021 or 2020) associate with transactional tax experience at a peer biglaw firm. The ideal candidate should have experience representing corporate and private equity clients in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, private funds, real estate transactions, capital markets, financing agreements, and international tax. A high-level of academic achievement and law firm experience are required. An LLM in Taxation is preferred, but not required.
In compliance with the NY Pay Transparency Act, a good faith estimated pay range for this position is $260,000 to $310,000.
