The Dallas office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking an associate (law school class years 2015-2019) to join their IP Litigation team. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and two to four years of intellectual property litigation experience, with at least some patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are a plus, but not required. Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
