An elite and highly respected trial firm in Boston, MA, contacted Kinney Recruiting to search for a litigation associate with two (2) to four (4) years of experience. This is a confidential search that is not posted on any job boards. The firm was formed by several biglaw partners who practiced with some of Boston's most prominent firms that decided that a litigation boutique is a better environment for their clients and for developing junior attorneys. Associates at this firm are given hands-on experience, trial experience, and courtroom experience, the skills that associates need to develop into effective trial attorneys. The firm has a loose 1800-hour target.

We are interested in speaking with candidates with experience taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, and writing briefs and dispositive motions. Trial experience is a plus but not a requirement. A JD from a highly-ranked law school and admission to the Massachusetts bar is required.
