Kinney Recruiting is actively searching for a government contracts associate in or interested in relocating to Washington, D.C. Experience with some of the following is required: bid protests, familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements, and experience counseling clients on FAR and other regulatory requirements. Preferred experience: federal court litigation and other government contracts litigation and investigations, including: CDA claims, FCA/whistleblower claims, prime-subcontractor disputes, drafting and/or negotiating government contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, joint venture agreements, and performing due diligence on government contracts M&A transactions.
