Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Foreclosure processes and responses to mechanics liens
• Litigation avoidance and defense
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations associated with hard money lending and real estate transactions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and contribute to the shaping of legal operations within the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of complex law firm and/or inhouse experience in either the litigation, real estate and / or finance space.
• Proficiency in managing dockets and transactions.
• Excellent academic background and a Texas law license.
