Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of partner Robert Mintz to the firm's Denver office.

Mr. Mintz, a member of the firm's corporate and tax groups, will focus on representation of clients in transactional matters, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures and partnerships, non-qualified compensation planning, board representation and general corporate counseling. Mr. Mintz will also advise companies on transactional tax planning and tax controversy matters. His clients are involved in a wide variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, services, and energy and natural resources.

Mr. Mintz holds a LL.M. in tax law from New York University School of Law, a J.D. summa cum laude from The American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Colorado. He also taught tax law at New York University School of Law and Georgetown University School of Law.
