Andrew Delaney has joined New York firm Guzov Ofsink as Of Counsel. Guzov Ofsink is one of the most experienced firms of its size in regards to China and Chinese companies. Its Asia practice deals especially in mergers & acquisitions, securities, and litigation. Delaney's practice emphasizes banking, cross-border M&A, compliance issues, and finance. He is especially knowledgable in matters concerning private equity investment in Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Delaney was formerly a banking and international associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Hong Kong.
