Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom announced its plans for opening an office in São Paulo, Brazil.
Corporate partner Jonathan Bisgaier, will head the office; he is fluent in Portuguese, and is a partner in the M&A group. In the last six years, Skadden was ranked twice by Thomson Financial as the leading firm in Latin America M&A transactions.
