Wiley Rein’s Labor and Employment Practice chair, Garen Dodge, has departed for the employment law firm Jackson Lewis as a Partner. Dodge admitted that it was difficult to leave Wiley, but went through with it because the Jackson Lewis’ national platform and specialized focus is just right for him. In his career, Dodge has defended Fortune 500 companies in the areas of workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
