Robert E. Kinney, Esq. is the Founder and President of Kinney Recruiting. Robert is an alumnus of Phillips Academy at Andover, Massachusetts, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Texas School of Law. As an undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania, Robert studied International Relations and German. Robert spent a year studying at Ludwig Maximillians Universität in Munich and later interned at a law firm in Duisburg, Germany. At the University of Texas School of Law, Robert's most valuable experiences were serving as a member of the Texas Journal of Business Law and working closely in Edinburgh, Scotland with a noted University of Texas professor (Hans W. Baade) on a major litigation that became the longest running trial in Scottish history. |

Joelle Schulze Boehle, Esq. is Managing Director of the Austin office of Kinney Recruiting. Joelle is a graduate of Yale University and The University of Texas School of Law. At Yale University, Joelle majored in English literature, discovered a passion for art history classes later in her studies, and worked in the student legal clinics at Yale Law School. After Yale, she spent a few years working as a paralegal in New York City with a white collar crime and civil litigation law firm where she focused on cases involving securities conspiracy claims and art import/export laws. At The University of Texas School of Law,Joelle served as Chair of the Legal Research Board, an editor of The Review of Litigation, and a member of the Women's Law Caucus and Women's Roundtable. |

Gabriela Cailide, Esq. is the Managing Director of the Dallas office of Kinney Recruiting. She graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas where she received her BA in Literary Studies and a minor in Performing Arts. While studying at the University of Texas at Dallas, Gabriela was a Student Governor, on the UTD College Debate Team, and a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. Gabriela received her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, Gabriela was a Staff Editor for the International Law Review and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Legal Fraternity.

Evan P. Jowers, Esq. is Managing Director of the New York and Hong Kong offices of Kinney Recruiting. Evan is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he was a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar. He completed part of his law degree abroad at Oxford. At the University of Florida, for undergrad, Evan majored in Russian and was a member of the Phi Sigma Iota International Honor Society.
Upon graduating from law school, Evan worked as an associate in the Private Client Group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft’s New York offices, where his practice focused on international tax planning for high net worth clients. Evan subsequently served as general counsel for an international manufacturing company, based in Miami, with a number of factories in Russia and Ukraine, with over 3000 employees.
