Constangy has added two new partners and an associate in its Atlanta office, which was recently named a “Top Workplace” by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Constangy’s Kansas City office has added Robert Jarrold as an associate. Jarrold comes to Constangy from Litter Mendelson.

“We’re pleased to welcome these exceptionally talented lawyers to our growing Constangy family,” said Neil H. Wasser, chair of Constangy’s executive committee. “It’s an exciting time for us, as we’re expanding our footprint and moving into new markets. Our focus remains on bringing aboard great lawyers who will be working together as passionate advocates for our clients in the rapidly changing workplace environment.”

These new attorneys are part of a larger growth initiative by Constangy, which recently announced the addition of a dozen new attorneys to the firm and new offices in Denver and New York. These moves are helping Constangy build one of the most diverse leadership teams in the industry, with 38 percent of the firm’s executive committee, office heads and practice leads comprised of women and minorities. With the addition of Donald Prophete as a named partner, Constangy became the first large law firm to have an African-American attorney as a named partner.
