Ronald J. Tenpas, former Assistant Attorney General for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner. Tenpas comes to V&E from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, which he joined in 2009 following a 12-year career with the Justice Department, culminating in his 2007 nomination as AAG by President George W.
