Mucchetti has joined as a partner in its Americas Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. He joins from the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division, where he served as the Chief of its Healthcare and Consumer Products Section.
Mucchetti served in the Antitrust Division for 19 years, starting at the DOJ as a trial attorney. He became Assistant Chief of the Division’s Healthcare and Consumer Products Section in 2011, ascending to Section Chief in 2012. In those roles, he supervised some of the most complex cases in the Division’s history.
