The Geo Energy Group is a coal mining group with business operations and coal mining concession in Indonesia. The initial public offering of shares is expected to raise approximately S$94 million. Based on the invitation price of S$32.5 cents, the Company’s market capitalisation at listing is expected to be approximately S$376 million.
