The ChiwayLand Group is a property developer involved in the development, project management and sale of residential and commercial properties in the Yangtze River Delta region of the People’s Republic of China. The proposed transaction will also involve the disposal of R H Energy’s existing business to its controlling shareholder for up to S$25 million.
