Duane Morris has added Nanette C. Heide to its corporate finance department.  Heide is the 26^th lawyer to join Duane Morris’ New York office since December.  She was previously a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Heide received her J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1990.

Greenberg Traurig has gained a notable lateral attorney by the name of Jack McBride.  McBride has joined the firm New York arm as a Shareholder.  He specializes in corporate and finance, but also entertainment and media law in particular.  Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, McBride was a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

Foley & Lardner has lost three partners from its bankruptcy practice to Patton Boggs.  Michael Richman, the former firm’s bankruptcy foreman is now destined to chair Patton’s bankruptcy practice.  He will be based out of the New York office, while partners Mark Salzberg and Erika Morabito will be stationed out of the Washington office.

Morgan & Finnegan, once an Intellectual Property boutique in New York filed for bankruptcy. The firm called it quits just this February after many partners left for good.  Morgan’s revenues decreased by 38 percent leaving it $6.37 million in assets and  $10 million in liabilities.

McKee Nelson has released the names of those partners departing for Ashurst.  These 11 partners are recruited by their new firm to help lead its new offices in Washington DC and New York.
